Acceptance of Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This may occur where:

  • your payment is declined or identified as fraudulent or potentially fraudulent;
  • payment has been made using a card issued in a country to which we do not dispatch, or where the billing details cannot be verified;
  • there is an error on the website relating to a product description or price;

Returns & Refunds

Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.

Returns should be made within a reasonable period and no later than 60 days from receipt of your order. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, as any issues must be reported within this 60-day period.

At our discretion, we may accept returns after the 60-day period. However, these returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, which will be deducted from the refund to cover additional handling, restocking and administrative costs.

If a returned product is not in a fully resalable condition, or has been damaged after delivery, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct an amount that reasonably reflects the reduction in the product's value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days and will only be made to the original payment method.

Refunds can only be made to an alternative payment method where:

  • the original payment account no longer exists; or
  • the original payment card or account has expired.

Returns & Delivery Charges

If you wish to return goods because they are no longer required, you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly due to our error, we will refund any delivery charges paid and, where appropriate, provide a prepaid returns label.

Cancelling Orders

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it by contacting us via email at info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk or by telephone on 01787 277277 during office hours.

As we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday) on the same working day, it may not always be possible to cancel an order before it leaves our warehouse.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return it for a refund, provided the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.
