  • Orders under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail and over 2kg via Fedex.
  • Please allow up to 1-3 working days for delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Morning Delivery

  • 12 noon: £12.00
  • Pre 10am: £18.00
  • Available for Mainland UK week day deliveries only.
  • Orders need to be placed before 1pm.
  • Please note: this is not suitable for orders placed after 1pm Thursday. If you have an urgent requirement please see Saturday Delivery option.

Saturday Delivery

  • £25.00
  • Available for Mainland UK deliveries only.
  • Orders need to be placed by Friday before 1pm at the latest

Additional Delivery Information

We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. All orders placed at the weekend will be processed and dispatched on a Monday. If there is a Bank Holiday Monday, orders will be processed on a Tuesday.

International delivery charges are quoted at checkout. Please contact us if you need any further information.

We are also open for local customer pick up: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 2pm

Discrepancies in Orders

For any discrepancies in orders, or wrong items received, please let us know within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation email or a note with your name and address.
  • You will be issued a refund as soon as we receive your returned items.
  • We are not able to offer free returns unless you have received an incorrect item.
  • Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit.
  • We can only process refunds for undamaged, resellable items.
  • For orders that are faulty/damaged upon arrival, please send photo to:

Replacement Policy

Please note: we are not able to offer product guarantees, however we will replace any product which breaks or fails within 12 months from purchase date. Please send a photograph of the broken/faulty item and proof of original order to:
