Free Delivery (£80+):
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DHL. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.
Standard Delivery (Under £80): 
£6.75 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.
Next Working Day: 
£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.
Morning Delivery: 
By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.
Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm.

 
We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.
International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Report any delivery issues within 5 days.
 
*UK Mainland excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scilly Isles.

 

Returns

Returns accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).
 
Include a completed returns slip. Refunds issued once items are received and checked.
Free returns only for incorrect or faulty items. Items must be well-packaged and resellable.
For faulty items, email a photo to info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk

All International returns must be processed through our Global-E returns portal which can be found by following this link.

Exchanges

Return items as above and place a new order.

 

Replacement Policy

We will replace any product that breaks or fails within 12 months. Email a photo and proof of purchase.
