COVID-19 Message

We advise all customers to wait until an order is delivered before booking tradespeople.

Our ordering services are currently operating as normal. Royal Mail and Fedex aim to deliver within the usual timeframes however under the current situation, they cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. We extend our thanks to the courier workers who are continuing to operate under increased pressure.

European and International orders can still be processed, however each country has its own quarantine & special measures in place that will affect time frames.

We are monitoring the situation and following updates. Thank you for your support.

 

Standard Delivery
  • Free standard delivery for all UK orders £20 or over.
  • Orders under £20 - £4.75.
  • Orders under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail and over 2kg via Fedex.
  • Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Next Working Day Delivery

  • £7.00
  • Available for Mainland UK week day deliveries only.
  • Orders need to be placed before 1pm.
  • Please note: this is not suitable for orders placed after 1pm Thursday. If you have an urgent requirement please see Saturday Delivery option.

Morning Delivery

  • 12 noon: £12.00
  • pre 10am: £18.00
  • Available for Mainland UK week day deliveries only.
  • Orders need to be placed before 1pm.
  • Please note: this is not suitable for orders placed after 1pm Thursday. If you have an urgent requirement please see Saturday Delivery option.

Saturday Delivery

  • £25.00
  • Available for Mainland UK deliveries only.
  • Orders need to be placed by Friday before 1pm at the latest

Additional Delivery Information

We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. All orders placed at the weekend will be processed and dispatched on a Monday. If there is a Bank Holiday Monday, orders will be processed on a Tuesday.

European and International delivery charges are quoted at checkout. Please contact us if you need any further information.

We are also open for local customer pick up: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 2pm

Discrepancies in Orders

For any discrepancies in orders, or wrong items received, please let us know within 60 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Please send all returns to: Suffolk Latch Company, Unit B Bridewell Works, Clare, Suffolk, CO10 8QD

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • We are not able to offer free returns unless you have received an incorrect item.
  • Send in original packaging with a printed copy of your order confirmation email or a note with your name and address.
  • Ensure items are packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • You will be issued a refund as soon as we receive returned items
  • Please Note: We can only process refunds for undamaged, resellable items
  • For faulty/damaged items please send photo to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk

Exchanges

  • For any items you would like to exchange please return as per the above instructions.
  • You will be refunded for any returned items once received.
  • Please place a new order for your preferred item.

Replacement Policy

Please note: we are not able to offer product guarantees, however we will replace any product which breaks or fails within 12 months from purchase date. Please send a photograph of the broken/faulty item and proof of original order to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk
