Double Phosphor butt brass hinges are the highest quality washered butt hinge. They have a smaller central barrell, when compared to the ball bearing butt hinges, and are therefore less obvious.
The 3" double phosphor hinge is considered to be the most appropriate type of hinge for most internal domestic doors. The phosphor washers ensure noise free, smooth operation for many years. Sold as pairs and available in four finishes.
