Our Ring Door Knocker is manufactured from hot forged solid brass, giving it a weighty and solid feel. The door knocker is provided with a square striker plate to prevent any damage to your door, as well as all fixings required.

Available in five finishes: aged brass, matt bronze, polished chrome, satin brass and satin nickel. To complete the look, explore our range of co-ordinating exterior door furniture. You may also wish to pair this knocker with matching Letter Plates and Door Numbers for a consistent finish across your front door.

Note: Not suitable for coastal locations.

Maintenance Tip: Regularly remove dirt and watermarks with a soft cloth. Do not use metal cleaners or aerosol sprays as these will damage the lacquer.

Free Delivery £80+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DPD. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery Under £80:

£6.75 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.
International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Report any delivery issues within 5 days.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).

Fill in the online returns form or include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning. Refunds will be issued once items have been received and checked.

Free returns are only for incorrect or faulty items. Items must be well-packaged and resellable.

For faulty items, email a photo to info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk first.

International Returns

All International returns must be processed through our Global-E returns portal.

Exchanges

Return items as above and place a new order.

Replacement Policy

We will replace any product that breaks or fails within 12 months. Email a photo and proof of purchase.
