These Brass Door Chains are designed to be fitted to the inside of a front door. Used as an additional security feature, a front door security chain allows you to partially open your door to identify visitors before allowing entry.

Our brass door chains are made from solid brass and are available in five distinct finishes: Aged Brass, Bronze, Polished Chrome, Satin Brass and Satin Nickel.

Door security chains should not be used as a replacement for a quality front door mortice lock and should always be fitted alongside an insurance-approved lock. Browse our range of 5 lever mortice locks, sash locks and tubular latches.

Maintenance Tip: Regularly remove dirt and watermarks with a soft cloth. Do not use metal cleaners or aerosol sprays, as these may damage the lacquered finish.

Delivery

Free Delivery £100+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DPD. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery (Under £100):

£6.95 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.
International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Returns

Fill in the online returns form ensuring your order number is also included in or on the parcel, alternatively please include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning .

Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged in their original packaging and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit. We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Returns are accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days once items have been received and checked.

For orders that are faulty/damaged upon arrival, please send a photo to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk. We are unable to offer free returns unless the product is faulty.

International Returns

All International returns must be processed through our Global-E returns portal.

Replacement Policy
