Product Info

Part of our Regency range, our Regency Mortice Knobs are available in 3 finishes, black, pewter and external beeswax.

These unsprung door knobs are suitable for a variety of tubular latches, heavy duty locks as well as rim locks due to the removable rose plate, allowing them to be flush fitted to the door.

We recommend using a 4 inch or longer tubular latch with these door knobs to ensure there is enough space between the door frame and the door knob.

Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DPD. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery (Under £100):

£6.95 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.

Returns

Fill in the online returns form ensuring your order number is also included in or on the parcel, alternatively please include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning .

Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged in their original packaging and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit. We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Returns are accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days once items have been received and checked.

For orders that are faulty/damaged upon arrival, please send a photo to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk. We are unable to offer free returns unless the product is faulty.
