Oval Door Knobs in oil rubbed bronze are an elegant choice for your doors. The traditional oval shape is a great alternative to a round knob and offers enhanced grip and leverage for opening and closing.

Bronze has become a popular choice in recent years, and these door knobs are ideal for period properties and vintage interiors. Made from quality solid bronze with a beautiful oil rubbed finish.

The door knobs have a fixed rose plate and are supplied as a pair with a mortice bar and all necessary fittings. These are sprung knobs for fitting with a standard tubular latch. For bathroom doors, fit with a matching Bathroom Turn and Release and Deadlock. Locking doors will need to be fitted with a sash lock and keyhole escutcheons.

Please Note: This traditional oil rubbed living finish is designed to patina with time and will not remain dark. In the highest wear areas, the darker colour will gradually burnish to a lighter copper. The amount of copper highlights will depend upon the level of wear. When first unboxing your cup pulls you may also notice a pale bloom on the surface of the bronze. This is caused by oxidisation of the oil rubbed finish during storage and can easily be removed with an application of a light oil, such as WD40, and buffing with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or metal cleaners.
