Add an extra layer of security to your front door with our door guards. This sturdy device is designed to block intruders from opening your door to your home all the way when locked.

It can also be used to partially open the door, in the same way a door chain operates, but with higher security to prevent break-ins. Supplied with all fixings and screws required.

With five colour options to choose from, it seamlessly blends with your home decor while keeping you safe.

Please note: Please ensure the door guard is fitted correctly and to suitable material to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Free Delivery £80+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DHL. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery Under £80:

£6.75 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.
International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Report any delivery issues within 5 days.

*UK Mainland excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scilly Isles.

Returns

Returns accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).
Include a completed returns slip. Refunds issued once items are received and checked.
Free returns only for incorrect or faulty items. Items must be well-packaged and resellable.
For faulty items, email a photo to info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk

International Returns

All International returns must be processed through our Global-E returns portal which can be found by following this link.

Replacement Policy

We will replace any product that breaks or fails within 12 months. Email a photo and proof of purchase.
