IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Cast iron is a ferrous metal. The black coating on the latch offers rust protection, however oxidisation will occur in places where the coating becomes worn or damaged, especially around moving parts and screw holes. Before fitting and for ongoing maintenance, it helps to apply a light oil onto the moving parts to prevent corrosion.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Free Delivery £80+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DHL. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery Under £80:

£6.75 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.
International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Returns

Returns accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).
Include a completed returns slip. Refunds issued once items are received and checked.
Free returns only for incorrect or faulty items. Items must be well-packaged and resellable.

Replacement Policy
