Hand Forged Off-Centre Door Studs in antique iron and pewter. These studs have an off-centre spike and are used for covering modern screws on ledge and brace doors. Hand Forged studs offer authentic period detail for your restoration projects and are available in a choice of antique iron and pewter finishes. The studs are designed to be used on ledge and brace doors, but can also be used on upholstery and furniture. The antique iron finish is a dark steel self-colour while the pewter nails offer wonderful rustic appeal.

PLEASE NOTE: The studs are made from mild steel and will rust when used on external surfaces or exposed to the elements. This is not a fault of the product but is to be expected. Using a protective rub of a light oil or natural beeswax will help to reduce the amount of oxidisation.
