Delivery and Returns

Please note: Prices are for UK mainland only. Restrictions & exclusions apply to certain destinations. Business working days are Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
• Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation email or a note with your name and address.
• You will be issued a refund as soon as we receive your returned items.
• We are not able to offer free returns unless you have received an incorrect item.
• Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit.
• We can only process refunds for undamaged, resellable items.
• For orders that are faulty/damaged upon arrival, please send photo to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk

Exchanges

• For any items you would like to exchange please return as per the above instructions.
• You will be refunded for any returned items once received.
• Please place a new order for your preferred item.

Replacement Policy

Please note: we are not able to offer product guarantees, however we will replace any product which breaks or fails within 12 months from purchase date. Please send a photograph of the broken/faulty item and proof of original order to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk
