The Tudor Ring Gate Latch is a traditional black ring turn latch for external doors and garden gates. This cast iron latch is a simple rustic design with a ring handle mechanism, latch bar and keeper. A solid cast iron latch, coated with a hardwearing UV & rust resistant black powder coating. All of our garden gate latches are supplied with stainless steel screws.

Co-ordinate with matching traditional Tudor Gate Hinges to complete the country cottage look.

Tip: The latch bar with ring handle is fitted to the side of the door that opens towards you and the single ring handle is fitted to the side opening away from you. The latch is reversible and can be used for left or right hand opening doors.

Note: Not suitable for coastal locations.

Please note: Cast iron is a ferrous metal. The black coating will give rust protection, however rust may appear where the coating becomes worn or damaged, especially around moving parts. Before fitting and for ongoing maintenance, we advise the application a light oil onto moving parts and screw holes to prevent corrosion. See our helpful article How To Prevent Rust Spots.
