These Black Monkey Tail Window Stays are designed for casement windows. This classic curled design is ideal for period properties and traditional homes with wooden window frames. Co-ordinate with matching Black Monkey Tail Window Fasteners.

The window stays are made from quality cast iron and have a hardwearing black epoxy finish. We offer three stay sizes to fit most standard casement windows and they come supplied with matching lugs and wood screws.

Please note: Cast iron is a ferrous metal. The black epoxy finish will protect the window stays from rusting, however rust spots may appear if the coating becomes worn or damaged. For ongoing maintenance, it helps to apply a light oil onto the moving parts to prevent corrosion.

Free Delivery £100+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DPD. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery (Under £100):

£6.95 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.

Returns

Fill in the online returns form ensuring your order number is also included in or on the parcel, alternatively please include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning .

Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged in their original packaging and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit. We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Returns are accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days once items have been received and checked.

For orders that are faulty/damaged upon arrival, please send a photo to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk. We are unable to offer free returns unless the product is faulty.

All International returns must be processed through our Global-E returns portal.
