Product Info

The Black Pear Drop Window Fastener is a classic choice. These traditional casement window fasteners are ideal for country style homes and period properties. Co-ordinate with matching Black Pear Drop Window Stays.

These window handles are made from solid cast iron, with a hardwearing epoxy black finish. The handles are reversible, making them suitable for both left and right hand opening windows. Supplied with a hook plate and a mortice plate for fitting to flush and recessed windows.

Please note: Cast iron is a ferrous metal. The black epoxy finish will protect the window fasteners from rusting, however rust spots may appear if the coating becomes worn or damaged. For ongoing maintenance, it helps to apply a light oil onto the moving parts to prevent corrosion.

Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DPD. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery (Under £100):

£6.95 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.

Returns

Fill in the online returns form ensuring your order number is also included in or on the parcel, alternatively please include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning .

Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged in their original packaging and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit. We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Returns are accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days once items have been received and checked.
