Our Pewter Shepherd's Crook Window Fastener is a traditional locking casement window fastener for timber casement windows. Supplied with an Allen key, the locking mechanism is designed as an additional feature to help keep windows closed rather than as a high-security lock. Pair it with matching Shepherd's Crook window stays for a coordinated finish.

The window fastener is made from solid cast iron with a rustic pewter finish. Each fastener is supplied with both a hook plate and mortice plate, making it suitable for both flush and recessed casement windows. Available in left and right hand versions. Free Delivery £100+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DPD. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery (Under £100):

£6.95 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.

Returns

Fill in the online returns form ensuring your order number is also included in or on the parcel, alternatively please include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning .

Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged in their original packaging and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit. We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Returns are accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days once items have been received and checked.
