The ball end casement stay is also known as a bulb end style. Traditional window furniture is ideal for period properties or renovations needing authentic hardware designs. Our ball end casement stay will hold your window in an open or closed position.

Made from solid brass, the window stays are available in 8, 10 and 12 inches in 6 stunning finishes. Choose from aged brass, polished brass, satin brass, satin nickel, matt bronze and polished chrome – something for every style of interior. Fit with a matching Ball End Casement Fastener.

Free Delivery £100+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DPD. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery (Under £100):

£6.95 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm. - We cannot offer Next Day delivery for Orders to Scotland.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.
International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Returns

Fill in the online returns form ensuring your order number is also included in or on the parcel, alternatively please include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning .

Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged in their original packaging and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit. We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Returns are accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days once items have been received and checked.

For orders that are faulty/damaged upon arrival, please send a photo to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk. We are unable to offer free returns unless the product is faulty.

International Returns

All International returns must be processed through our Global-E returns portal.

Replacement Policy
