Product Info

The Monkeytail collection is our most traditional style, taking inspiration from original 18th century design. They are designed to fit casement windows and to match the products in our Monkeytail range.

Our handmade fasteners are forged from solid brass or steel, giving them unrivalled strength and an abundance of character. They feature a reversible design to allow them to be fitted to both left and right handed windows and also includes a colour matched mortice plate.

Free Delivery £80+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DHL. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery Under £80:

£6.75 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.
International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Returns

Returns accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).
Include a completed returns slip. Refunds issued once items are received and checked.
Free returns only for incorrect or faulty items. Items must be well-packaged and resellable.

International Returns

All International returns must be processed through our Global-E returns portal which can be found by following this link.

Replacement Policy

We will replace any product that breaks or fails within 12 months. Email a photo and proof of purchase.
