Product Info

Our Shepherd's Crook range features a delicate and traditional design that's only achievable through the skills of our master Blacksmiths. Designed to fit casement windows and to match the other products in our Shepherd's Crook range.

Our handmade fasteners are forged from mild steel, giving them unrivalled strength and an abundance of character. They include a mortice plate as well as feature a reversible design, allowing them to be fitted to both left and right handed windows.

Delivery

Free Delivery £80+:
Free UK Mainland* weekday delivery. Orders under 2kg ship via Royal Mail; over 2kg via DHL. Orders placed after 1pm, or Friday 12pm–Sunday, dispatch the next working day.

Standard Delivery Under £80:

£6.75 for UK Mainland*. Delivery in 1–3 working days. Same dispatch rules as above.

Next Working Day:

£9.00. Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Morning Delivery:

By 10:30am (£21.50) or 12 noon (£14.00). Order by 1pm Mon–Thurs.

Saturday Delivery:
£25.00. Order by Friday 12pm.

We are closed weekends. Local collection available Mon–Thurs 8–4, Fri 8–2.
International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Returns

Returns accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply).
Include a completed returns slip. Refunds issued once items are received and checked.
Free returns only for incorrect or faulty items. Items must be well-packaged and resellable.

Replacement Policy
